A rare gem located on the rugged Mendocino coast, Heritage House’s unspoiled 37-acre sanctuary is a cliffside retreat that marries romantic charm with contemporary sophistication. Nestled into Mendocino’s rugged Pacific coastline, the guest rooms, suites and private houses at The Heritage House Resort manage to soothe and inspire in the very same breath.

The Heritage House Resort welcomes dogs with thoughtful comforts that include a pet bowl, toy, treats, blanket and towels. A portion of the pet fee is donated to the Mendocino Coast Humane Society.

Start your day with a satisfying breakfast while taking in uninterrupted views of the Pacific Ocean and Mendocino coastline in our casual yet sophisticated 5200 Restaurant. Buffet-style breakfast is available from 8:00-10:30am daily.

For guests who prefer the great outdoors to an elliptical machine, the resort’s oceanfront trails, gardens and forest paths are perfect for walking, running or hiking.
