House favorites include Martini Prawns, a mélange of warm, crispy prawns coated in a spicy sesami aoli, rolled in pine nuts and presented in a martini glass. The New Wave Roll is a sushi-style presentation consisting of melt-in-the-mouth soybean wrappers filled with snow crab salad and mixed greens, topped with honey vinaigrette and crushed peanuts.
