Greater Palm Springs’ thriving culinary scene continues to evolve, with more and more food and wine enthusiasts—and craft beer lovers—discovering outstanding bistros and breweries. Like the diverse flavors found throughout the destination, pooch-friendly dining patios are plentiful, making it easy for you, family and friends to experience everything from casual eateries to fine dining with your dog enthusiastically in tow. Here are a few of our favorite new picks.
 
Desert Beer Company, Las Palmas BreweryLa Quinta Brewery, and Coachella Valley Brewing Company
 
Quaff a cold one and discover Greater Palm Springs’ growing craft beer scene at four local breweries churning out inventive, tasty lagers, IPAs, porters, stouts and more. Tails will be wagging in delight—Desert Beer Company is dog-friendly indoors while Las Palmas and La Quinta taprooms “hoppily” welcome pups in their outdoor beer gardens. 
 
Tac/Quila
 
No reservations are taken at this wildly popular and artsy downtown Palm Springs hot spot serving up delicious Jalisco-inspired fare, but a table at Tac/Quila is well worth the wait. The dog-friendly patio offers a prime vantage point for both people and pet watching.
 
Roly China Fusion
 
Inspired modern Chinese cuisine highlights the menu of this new eatery in Palm Springs’ Uptown Design District. For a light bite, enjoy the 3–6 p.m. Dim Sum Happy Hour on the dog-friendly front patio sporting a 14-seat buddy bar.
