The Pepper Foundation

The Pepper Foundation is 501(c)3 Non-Profit Animal Rescue Organization dedicated to rescuing senior dogs from high kill shelters. Their mission is to get each animal immediate veterinary care, and into loving foster homes, until a forever home is found.
