Humane Society of Truckee - Tahoe FREE VACCINE & MICROCHIP CLINIC
June 11, 2021 3:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
3438 Lake Tahoe Blvd
South Lake Tahoe, California 96150
The Humane Society of Truckee-Tahoe is hosting a FREE vaccine and microchip clinic for dogs and cats living in South Lake Tahoe. The clinic will take place on Friday, June 11th in South Lake Tahoe by appointment only. The clinic's primary goal is to help prepare your pet for spay/neuter surgery by getting them up to date on vaccinations.
Attendees must reside full-time in South Lake Tahoe and bring proof of residency, if available. Pets will be seen by appointment only, after submitting an application here. (Truckee and North Lake Tahoe residents will have an opportunity to bring their dogs or cats to the free clinic in Truckee in July, details to follow. Thank you for your patience as we resume free vaccine and microchip clinic services in line with CDC recommendations and state reopening).
For everyone’s safety, dogs must remain on leash at all times, and cats must remain contained inside a carrier. Registration for vaccines and microchips will take place OUTSIDE. Please dress accordingly, and leave pets in your car, or safely accompanied by a human at a distance, until your paperwork is completed.
Free vaccines offered at the clinic are DAPP, Bordetella & Rabies for dogs, and FVRCP & Rabies for cats. Free microchips are available for both dogs and cats.

*This clinic should not take the place of a wellness check-up with your established full-service Veterinarian; it is designed to provide the listed vaccinations and microchips only, to pets who might not otherwise be seen by a Veterinarian. There will be no other vaccinations or procedures available. Patients will not be seen without an appointment. If your pet is sick or injured, please contact your Veterinarian immediately.
