Join Greenbelt Alliance for a dog-friendly saunter in the Marin Headlands as they celebrate 65 years of adventures! This hike takes us along the beautiful Lagoon Trail to the seashore, where we will explore Rodeo Beach at low tide. Along the way, we’ll view world famous (at least to geologists) outcrops of Franciscan rocks, and learn how sea level rise will impact the coastal environment and Bay Area. Everyone is welcome (dogs optional).

TOTAL DISTANCE

This is a fairly easy 2-1/2 mile round trip hike both on a trail and along the beach with sand and gravel.
