Paw Tested: Russian River Fall

Paw Tested: Russian River Fall

Brussels Griffon on a wine barrel

It’s the calm before the storm so to speak, and you’ve still got a few weeks before the true holiday madness really sets in. If you’re looking for a weekend getaway for you and your pup we’ve got it on good authority that the Russian River is the place to be this time of year. Foggy mornings and fall colored foliage creates a peaceful ambiance; just what you need before the holidays.

Redwood Trees and a path

Our intrepid paw-tester Tina enjoyed strolling the paved paths in Armstrong Redwoods State Park and looking up at the very tall trees. She also highly recommends staying at the Dawn Ranch Lodge in Guernville or the Village Inn. Both lodgings are not just dog-friendly but dog-passionate.

Thank you Tina for these paw-tastic recommendations!
