It's time to grab the leash and lace up your sneakers to get ready for Paws in the Park Charity Walk and Animal Festival on Sunday, September 28 in Pleasanton.
Paws in the Park 2014 is the fourth annual dog walk-a-thon and animal festival benefitting Valley Humane Society. Valley Humane’s goal this year is to raise $50,000 and every dollar of pledge money raised goes directly to support the animals at their nonprofit, volunteer-based, no-kill shelter. By participating in Paws in the Park you will be part of an integral fundraising event for Valley Humane Society.
Enjoy live music, demos, contests, food, vendors and a play area for the kids.
Register to walk and get a t-shirt and a bag of goodies. The walk is a about a mile long around beautiful Amador Valley Community Park in Pleasanton. All dogs must be on non-retracting leashes and up to date on shots.
Paws in the Park is a fun day of activities for you, your dog and the whole family.
