As 2026 begins, DogTrekker remains committed to supporting animal service organizations across California. Many of you know that Maya, DogTrekker’s longtime Director of Barketing, recently crossed the Rainbow Bridge. During Napa Humane’s 2026 calendar campaign, an outpouring of support from our community led many of you to cast votes in her honor. This week, the DogTrekker® team says goodbye to Maya, a rescue pup who came to us from Monterey Bay Labrador Retriever Rescue and became the heart of our journey at DogTrekker.com. Her soft eyes and wagging tail welcomed all who met her, human and hound.
