DogTrekker.com is in its first beta release—you might call it “puppy stage.” The site is a collaborative effort of dog lovers who want to share what they’ve learned during more than 200 combined years of on-the-road and on-the trail adventures. Our mission is to provide you and your dogs with accurate and engaging reviews of places to go and things to do with dogs in Northern California, which just might be the most canine-accommodating region of the country.
DogTrekker.com is organized by geographic destinations within Northern California. We’ve given each of the nine Bay Area counties, plus dog-centric Monterey and Mendocino counties, their own landing pages on the site. The remainder of DogTrekker territory is included within the regions of Shasta Cascade, Gold Country, Central Valley, North Coast and High Sierra. A list of searchable activities is broken out on each destination page, making it easy to find the perfect experiences to share with your pup.
