Los Angeles River Trail

Los Angeles River Trail

This segment of County-managed trail along the Los Angeles River makes up a portion of the larger Los Angeles River multi-use trail corridor. This section of the trail passes south through South Gate, Paramount and Long Beach along both concrete channel segments and more naturalized ones, terminating approximately three miles from the Pacific Ocean. Continue north along the Los Angeles River to reach other completed segments of the trail or head east on Rio Hondo Trail.

The trail may be accessed from many points along its route. The trailhead is located just north of the 105 and 710 freeway interchange. From the 710, exit at Imperial Highway and head east. Access is on the right after passing over the river.
