Ramen Gaijin is committed to honoring traditional techniques combined with the finest ingredients Sonoma County has to offer. All noodles are made in house, and there is a seasonal menu consisting of traditional regional ramen styles informed by  the offerings of its local farmers and ranchers.

They also offer an ever changing selection of robata-yaki and small plate izakaya dishes to compliment their craft cocktails, beer, wine and sake.
