Shadow Cliffs Regional Recreation Area is a 266-acre park that includes an 80-acre lake, ample parking, picnic grounds and miles of trails welcoming dogs on leash. Dogs may be unleashed in undeveloped areas at least 100 yards from any posted trails, parking lots, public swim beaches, or playgrounds.

Check out the Shadow Cliffs Dog Beach area, but don’t let your dog near the water when toxic blue-green algae is present.
