Bar Jubilee is the brainchild of the team behind the well-regarded bars Blue Collar and Cold Shoulder. The space is designed with a carnival-inspired flair with plush velvet seating, a long copper bar surface, rich drapery, eclectic artwork that features music icons and a relaxed upstairs game room complete the 3,000-square-foot venue. The drink menu leans creative and theatrical: for example, there’s an “Orville Old Fashioned” built with popcorn-syrup and fat-washed bourbon, and “The Gladiator” which blends limoncello, hazelnut gin and an olive-leaf liqueur among other ingredients. The bar opens at 7 p.m. daily, and offers a happy hour from 7-8 p.m. where cocktails are priced at $12.
Dogs are allowed on the outside patio, however please call ahead and let them know you’re bringing your dog to confirm space is available.
