Get ready for a paws-itively fun day at the City of Trees Animal Hospital Pet Parade - bring your furry friends for a tail-wagging good time

Join us for a Mardi Paws Parade event on February 28, 2026!

The City of Trees Animal Hospital is excited to partner with the City of Trees Parade for a festive and fun-filled day celebrating with our furry friends!

We look forward to welcoming you and your pets for a parade like no other! Dress them in their cutest outfits and show them off to the whole city. There will be prizes for the best-dressed pets, so get creative! Don't miss out on this paws-itively amazing event!

If your dog is not used to walking long distances or tires easily, consider using a cart, stroller, or something they can ride in.

Participate in the parade for just $10 per person and 1 dog! (includes entry into the Festival Grounds) All proceeds from these entry fees will be donated to our nonprofit, Hard Luck Animal Welfare Advocates, which provides care for the animals at the Stockton Animal Shelter.

*ALL ATTENDEES MUST SIGN A WAIVER TO PARTICIPATE AND RECEIVE A FESTIVAL BRACELET.

Code of Conduct:

• Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up any messes their dog makes (poop, etc).
• Please bring a portable water dish or another way for your pet to receive water.
• There will be a lot of noise, people, dogs, music, etc. so please keep your pets close and secure.

Tips:

If your dog is not used to walking long distances or tires easily, consider using a cart, stroller, or something they can ride in. BONUS- You can decorate it to look like their own little version of a float! We encourage you and your pet to dress up! Traditional Mardi Gras colors are green, yellow, and purple!
