Dog-passionate oasis

By: DogTrekker Staff
A vibrant dog park bathed in sunlight features abundant greenery with mature trees, offering ample shade for leisurely outdoor activities. In the distance is a well-equipped playground that presents an additional activity area. An inviting picnic table spreads out nearby, ideal for enjoying meals al fresco or taking relaxing breaks from play. A neatly-placed trash bin aids in maintaining the park's cleanliness for everyone's enjoyment. Dominating the scene is a generously wide dirt path gracefully curving through the expanse of grass, promising exploratory walks and lively fetch games.

Greater Palm Springs has always been one of the most dog-friendly destinations on the planet. They recently celebrated National Dog Day. We agree with them that National Dog Day should be every day because for so many of us, our tail wagging companions are our BFFF (Best Furry Friend Forever)!

If your vision of a California desert vacation includes blue sky, purple mountains, turquoise pools, nodding palm trees and dog-friendly things to do and places to see, you’ve come to the right place. Greater Palm Springs caters to everyone from Hollywood celebrities, snowbirds, avowed desert rats and all demographics that include a lot of DogTrekkers.
