Corgis take over Huntington Dog Beach

DogTrekker, Bonnie H., from Canoga Park wrote to us recently to tell us about a great dog-friendly event at Huntington Beach: SoCal Corgi Nation Beach Day.

On June 28, over 375 corgis brought their people out to play on the beach. There was a costume contest, a corgi limbo, group photos and much more.

Bonnie had so much fun she can’t wait for Corg-a-Palooza, Corgie Nation’s fall beach day on Saturday, October 18, from 11:00 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Huntington Dog Beach. All dog lovers are welcome. The group has four meet-ups a year, one for each season.

Thanks for the story, Bonnie. Be sure to send us pictures of the Corg-a-Palooza this October.
