Come sample some wine in the gorgeous Alger Vineyards. Try the Cabernet Sauvignon, "Lusty Red Dress" Syrah, and the Zinfandel to start. Dogs are allowed outside, and small dogs are allowed upstairs in the tasting room.

The altitude of the vineyard provides cool nights during the hot summer growing season. The vines are planted in well-drained, volcanic soils on arid slopes. As a result, the grapes have great tannic structure and firm fruit acids. Sip away!
