Ambrosia India Bistro, located in the heart of Old Monterey, has answered the call of area residents asking for fresh, authentic Indian food. Earlier this year our Chef, Bhupender Singh, manager Sam Khanal, and staff, relocated here from the bay area as a result of patrons from the Monterey Peninsula urging them to open an Indian restaurant closer to home.
Chef Singh's personal tradition of serving beautiful, flavorful food in an intimate atmosphere is now being honored right here in our own back yard.
