When you are driving east from 101 down Tiburon Boulevard toward downtown Tiburon, you come to the point where the road takes a right turn, and you see an open field to your right with Richardson Bay beyond.
In it stands a statue of Blackie, an old sway backed horse who lived here for years from the ’40’s well into the ’60’s. Turn in the parking lot and you can get out and read the story of the re-creation of Blackie’s Pasture, as well as that of Blackie’s Garden.
Dogs welcome to explore with you on leash.
