Beautiful dog-friendly beach near Goat Rock. Dogs allowed on leash. Blind Beach, part of Sonoma Coast State Park, rewards those willing to hike 0.7 miles with dramatic cliffs, vibrant tide pools, and serene surroundings. The nearby Kortum Trail(not dog-friendly) adds to the allure with scenic vistas and wildlife. Just don’t let the local sea lions convince you they need a ride home. Note:
In spring, the narrow trail from Highway 1 to Blind Beach has a lot of encroaching poison oak, so plan on a single-file hike to the beach.
