Bobsled Trail

The medium to difficult 2 miles round trip Bobsled Trail at Snow Summit is a popular mountain trail located in Big Bear Lake. As part of the Snow Summit resort, this trail offers an exhilarating downhill biking experience with various features such as jumps, berms, and other obstacles.

Dogs are allowed to bring their dogs along while enjoying the trail. However, it’s essential to ensure that dogs are leashed and under control at all times and close for their safety.

To access the Bobsled Trail, visitors need to make their way to the top of Snow Summit, which sits at an elevation of 8,200 feet. The trail starts from the base area and traverses through the forest canopy, providing a scenic journey with moderate inclines and declines. Along the way, there are switchbacks and multiple scenic viewing areas that offer stunning panoramas of the Big Bear Valley below.
