Love & Second Chances was founded in 2012 in hopes to better connect the public with the rescue community. The rescue is based out of Northern California (San Ramon, CA) with a small division in Sacramento, CA.
Love & Second Chances is a foster based rescue with two rescue programs; a local rescue program and a international rescue program. Foster homes are scattered all around the bay area and within the Sacramento division.
