Bordeaux wines are Lumiere Winery's specialty. In 1995 they grafted in 4 acres of Merlot. In 2003 they grafted in 2 acres of Cabernet Sauvignon and 1 acre of Petit Verdot. Since then they’ve grafted in 2 more acres of Cabernet Sauvignon, 2 acres of Malbec and 2 acres of Cabernet Franc.
