Meade Canine Rescue Foundation's (MCRF) mission is to help alleviate the overpopulation and resulting euthanasia of unwanted dogs through education, rescue, providing medical care and spaying/neutering as many dogs as possible with the resources available, primarily within their target areas of California and Connecticut.
