Mt Baldy Brewery (formerly Last Name Brewing has kept its easygoing, dog-welcoming vibe through the transition to new ownership. The brewery was rebranded in early 2025 by the Ellingson family, who also run Mt Baldy Lodge. The name may be new, but the spirit remains the same: good beer, friendly faces, and a place where dogs are always part of the fun.
Dogs are welcome on the outdoor patio, which offers a relaxed spot to enjoy a pint with your pup. Depending on the day and the size of the crowd, dogs may also be allowed inside, but outdoor seating is the sure bet. Regulars often bring their four-legged companions to hang out while they enjoy live music, food trucks, or one of the brewery’s trivia nights.
The setting is casual and open, with picnic tables, shady spots, and a mellow energy that fits just about any mood. There’s no official dog menu, but water bowls are easy to find, and most guests are happy to see dogs around.
