Nelson Family Vineyards, nestled in the heart of Mendocino County Wine Country, is a beautiful 2,000-acre ranch that has been family-owned and operated since 1951. The property consists of approximately 200 acres of vineyards, with 26 acres of Bartlett Pear trees, Olive trees, and a Christmas tree farm, and is home to an abundance of farm animals and wildlife.
For 70 years, the Nelson family has farmed the land they live on, with the traditions of farming passed on to four generations. Through many seasons of tending and harvest, Nelson Family Vineyards has embraced the truth that great wines are born in the vineyard.
Nelson Family Vineyards takes pride in making certified sustainable wines, all of which are grown on the ranch. The Tasting Room is located 1/2 mile off Hwy 101 where its lovely tasting room staff is eager to host you for a one-of-a-kind Mendocino Wine Country experience.
