North Orchard Park is a hidden gem for dog lovers. This pretty little park in Vacaville features a basketball court and children’s playground, but it also connects to the bike path making it an ideal stop for a dog walk. It’s a nice spot to sit under a tree in the shade and relax, especially in the fall when the park’s trees put on a display of red, orange and yellow and the temperatures are mild.
This neighborhood park also has picnic tables and plenty of open grassy areas to stretch your legs, and an added bonus for dog owners is the waste bag dispensers, making clean-up more convenient.
