At Pacific Bay they pride themselves on personally roasted coffee beans. Feel free to come in and watch them roast in the mornings on a bi-weekly basis. They buy only the finest beans from around the world to locally roast in their store. They roast all of their specialty coffees as a medium roast, allowing the coffee to retain some of it's natural flavor, but still giving it the roasted coffee taste.
