Popular sandwiches include the California (turkey, avocado and cheese), the P.L.T.A. (crisp pastrami, lettuce, tomatoes and avocado) and the avocado sandwich, one of the vegan options. The pastrami sandwich seems to be the locals favorite.
The owners get most of their meats from Premier Meats of Shasta Lake and their bread from the Franz bakery of Oregon (the marble rye is a big hit).
