The Yocha Dehe Wintun Nation, which operates the highly successful Cache Creek Casino Resort, honors its heritage through agricultural enterprises. In the tribe's native Patwin language, "Séka" means "blue." The name honors the blue hills overlooking the tribal homeland in the Capay Valley.
In October 2014, Seka Hills will open an olive mill and adjacent tasting room and retail outlet for the wines, olive oils and honey produced on tribal lands in the valley. Leashed dogs welcome!
