Shorebirds Brewing Company is the first hard kombucha brewery and taproom in the Sacramento region. Located in Rancho Cordova, the brewery has a fantastic beachy atmosphere and welcomes well-behaved dogs.
The brewery is tucked in an industrial park and can be tricky to find, but it’s a worthwhile stop for kombucha fans. Check the location on Google Maps and stop in to taste a kombucha flight. The rotating selection of specialty kombucha flavors includes blueberry mojito, raspberry lemon ginger, blackberry thyme, spiced pear and more. Shorebirds also serves hard selzer and hard tea.
