The Solano-Napa Pet Emergency Clinic (SPEC) was founded in 1981 by a group of local general practice veterinarians to reduce the burden of after-hours emergency calls and improve the quality of this care. Over the years SPEC has continued this tradition of serving the local veterinary community by providing high quality after-hours emergency care.
Their central location at the 80-680 freeway interchange provides freeway access from surrounding areas including Fairfield, Vacaville, Napa, Vallejo, and Benicia. They are available every night, weekend, and major holiday of the year; no appointment is necessary for emergency care, though they do ask that you call in advance if possible. They work closely with veterinarians in general practice with the shared goal of providing your pet with the best possible care.
