Founded in 1992, Town & Country Humane Society is a nonprofit organization and No Kill Shelter dedicated to promoting responsible pet ownership, helping pet owners search for necessary resources during a time of need, as well as advocating for animal welfare.
Their team of volunteers works to find the best possible forever homes for abandoned, relinquished, or otherwise homeless pets that come through their door.
Town & Country Humane Society also provides education to the public about animal care, the benefits of spaying and neutering pets, as well as helping pet adopters plan for a successful transition for new pets into their forever home. This work brings people together in order to create the changes needed to protect animals from unnecessary euthanasia.
