Twin Lakes

Twin Lakes

Situated at an elevation of 8,600 feet between Panorama Dome and the southern flank of Mammoth Mountain, Twin Lakes offers a picturesque setting for both humans and their dogs to explore.

As the lowest lake in the Lakes Basin, it boasts year-round accessibility by car, making it an ideal destination no matter the season. It’s also a popular camping and fishing spot, and the lakefront pass is dog-friendly.

Additionally, the lake is home to a historic lodge and restaurant, an outdoor wedding chapel, and a general store for supplies, boat rentals, and during the winter months, a fee-based cross-country ski center.
