A pupusa is a traditional Salvadoran dish of a thick corn tortilla stuffed with a savory filling. It is typically accompanied by curtido (a spicy cabbage slaw), and tomato salsa. On Saturdays, the restaurant offers delicious Garnachas which are tortillas, topped with meat, marinated cabbage, salsa and grated cheese.
On weekends only delicious Menudo, or pancita, a traditional Mexican soup, made with beef stomach (tripe) in broth with a red chili pepper base is available. Hominy, lime, onions, and oregano are used to season the broth.
