Free Dog Yoga Event
August 24 @ 3:00 pm - 4:00 pm
FreeFree Dog Yoga: Enjoy a 30-40 minute gentle flow session with your pup using animal-human bond practices from 3 PM to 4 PM. Come in workout clothes and bring your own dog and mat. Pets must remain on leash at all times. Registration required.
Incorporating science-based animal human bond theories, Lull Doga has shown to decrease anxiety and depression as well as build trust, connection and self-discovery. Within this practice, we will recognize and honor our animals as conscious spiritual beings who assist in bringing us back to innocence and purity through touch, movement, closeness, and oneness.
Singularly practiced, studies have shown yoga, breathwork and movement have the ability to decrease anxiety, treat depression, increase brain function, increase circulation and create space to change habits. Lull Health and Wellness proposes that, practiced simultaneously, breathwork, yogic movement, and the energy shared between canine and human will increase the longevity of these singularly practiced results and enhance ones meaning of life’s & ones overall wellbeing.
After the free yoga session, join us for an unforgettable day of fun and excitement at Outlets at San Clemente’s Annual Barks & Brews event! From 4 PM to 7 PM fill your afternoon with delightful activities such as on leash agility dog park, pet vendors, live entertainment, family fun activities, and local craft breweries. Drink tickets are sold at a donation of $5. All proceeds from the event will go to the Pet Project Foundation.
