The Good Dog-Dirty Dog Trail Runs feature a 5K and 10K for runners alone or with their dogs. Included for each athlete is a custom Good Dog-Dirty Dog 5-liter Waterproof Gear Bag plus a race bandana for your dog. This event is for walkers, runners, and their dogs.

The Dirty Dog 5K & 10K Run will feature similar conditions: wide shaded paths, a little bit of pavement and some single track trails under old oak trees.

Aid stations will be located on the course at the halfway point: mile 1.5 on each course, with the aid stations each serving cold water, Electrolyte beverage, and CLIF Shot energy gels for athletes as well as water for the dogs.

Listening devices: MP3, IPod, headphones, etc… are NOT allowed during the Good Dog – Dirty Dog 5K. Runners and walkers must exercise caution when crossing any roads and must pay attention at all times when running or walking on the trails with their dogs.
