The Lafayette Art & Wine Festival is perhaps the largest annual festival in Contra Costa County. In 2022, over 65,000 people strolled among the booths of art and handmade crafts, enjoying foods from our local restaurants, food vendors and food trucks as well as quality wines and microbrews, pausing to enjoy continuous music from our four stages.

Every year our single highest purpose is to make sure we produce a safe and clean environment for our attendees, our vendors and our volunteers at our community events. We will carefully follow the guidelines and protocols developed by the Lafayette Police Department, CDC and the California Department of Public Health.

Admission to this event is free; drink tickets and glasses are sold on site at the event only. You must purchase 2023 glasses and 2023 drink tickets to be served.

Dogs are permitted, but this event is known for very hot weather. See the festival’s info on bringing your dog.

Dogs are happiest and safest before 1pm., while sidewalks are cooler and less crowded. Dog cooling station is located at 30 Lafayette Circle. Dogs must be leashed and in control at all times. Be sure to bring water!
