Fall’s biggest celebration! The Main Street Block Party is presented by LA County Supervisor Lindsey Horvath, in partnership with the Day of the Dog Festival.

Day of the Dog

Taking place from Ocean Park to Strand, the biggest pet festival in North America returns to Main Street from 12-5 PM. Expect an epic day filled with pool parties, dog surfing, foam parties, pup yoga, weiner races, a super-hero photo booth complete with wind machine, and sooo much more! Plus, meet over 100 pet exhibitors showcasing the latest in pet gear, treats, and services! Bring your four-legged friends!

Ashland Hill Beer Garden - $15

2-7 PM in the Ashland Hill Parking Lot

Upgrade your Block Party experience with a $15 Beer Garden pass! Enjoy VIP access featuring drink tastings, exclusive food offerings, a live DJ, kids’ jumper, and more. Tickets are limited and online ticket holders score special giveaways — don’t miss out!

Kid's Corner - In partnership with Pump Station & Nurtury

12 PM - 5 PM

Bring the whole family for an afternoon of fun! Enjoy sports demos, free face painting, arts & crafts, kid-friendly vendors, and a lively musical story time with Books & Cookies. There are plenty of activities to keep kids entertained throughout the day!

VCA Howloween Costume Contest

Contest check-in is from 4–5 PM, with the costume contest kicking off at 5 PM.

Bringing HOWLOWEEN to the Main Street Block Party! This annual tradition invites furry friends and their humans to strut their stuff in costume for a spooktacular contest with prizes, a pet photo booth, and plenty of tail-wagging fun. Located at VCA Santa Monica Main Street Animal Hospital on Main and Hill.
