East Bay Animal Rescue and Refuge (EBARR) was founded out of a recognized need in the East Bay Area for a high-quality rescue group that accepts cats and dogs from the community.
Since its inception, EBARR has successfully placed thousands of orphaned animals, many community surrenders and animals at risk of being euthanized at local animal shelters.
