There's nothing low-brow about LowBrau, the German-style beer hall in the trendy MARRS building in Midtown Sacramento. Patrons with dogs won't get to see the wall covered with white-painted cuckoo clocks, but the beer and brats served on the dog-friendly patio taste just as good as those serve in the restaurant's often crowded-to-the-point-of-claustrophobia interior.
