The 199 spaces include both Mobile Homes, as well as RV's with rates starting at $325 per month. The spaces range in size to accommodate homes up to 50 ft. In addition to permanent rates, they also offer daily, weekly and monthly rates.
Most spaces are landscaped with grass and mature shade trees. The property is gated to provide security for both your family and home.
McClellan Mobile Home and RV Park allows two small pets per space. They have a large pool open during warm weather for your enjoyment, and a laundry room for your convenience.
