New Helvetia operates a seven-barrel, direct-fired brew kettle and custom mash tun with a lift-out mash basket. That all makes sense to beer aficionados, who flock to the stand-up tap room to sample an ever-changing selection of seasonal brews. Leashed dogs welcome on the courtyard/patio out back. Closed Mondays and Tuesdays.
