Wild Blue canine camp is calling!

Daydreaming about where travel will take you in 2025?

Why not spend quality time with your pup at a Wild Blue Dogs weeklong sleepaway camp on the shores of Lake Tahoe? You’ll feel even better knowing your investment in this joyful, all-inclusive, classic camp experience directly benefits canine cancer treatment and research. In fact, it’s the only non-profit dog camp in the entire U.S.

Summer camp is filling up fast! The camp is all-inclusive, covering meals, snacks, hikes, swims, campfires, training of many kinds and so much more. Many people make lasting friendships at camp and come back year after year for more fun and training. Past campers rave about the sense of community — you’ll be surrounded by people who love their dogs just as much as you love yours.

Pick what accommodations type you’d prefer: a room at the Beach Lodge ($2,350/$2,950 double/single occupancy per camper), rustic 4H Camp Cabins ($2,000 per camper) or independent lodgings ($1,900 per daycamper). Every option puts you within easy reach of the camp’s 33-acre fenced property, which includes a private beach and dock on Lake Tahoe.

A fluffy dog from Canine Camp, wearing red goggles, trots along the sandy beach near the shimmering water. In the background, a small kayak floats while a person stands by the shoreline. The sky above is partly cloudy, revealing distant mountains on the horizon.

In addition to lodging, fees include three meals a day and limitless activities. Check out this program from a recent camp to see how the days unfold and the breadth of activities for you and your pup. From agility and nose work to kayaking and trick training, activities range from beginner-friendly to advanced. The professional trainers on staff are incredibly patient and encouraging, whether your dog is a seasoned competitor or a total beginner.

Two people sit side by side on a wooden dock, each with an arm wrapped around a dog from Wild Blue. Behind them, towering mountains stretch across the horizon, creating a breathtaking backdrop. On the left, someone wears a white hat and suspenders, while the person on the right is dressed in a dark jacket. This tranquil scene epitomizes an ideal getaway with beloved dogs, offering both adventure and relaxation amidst nature's grandeur.

If your schedule doesn’t allow for summer camp, you can get a discount of $150 if you register by April 30th for fall camp (September 4-20, 2025). Once you’re booked via a $500 deposit, you can start looking forward to your vacation! You’ll be so glad it’s already on the calendar.

Beyond the fun, every dollar you spend at Wild Blue Dogs camp goes toward a cause that matters. The organization provides grants to families who need help covering their pet’s cancer treatments, and funds cutting-edge research into canine cancer. An estimated 6 million dogs are diagnosed with cancer each year, so the need is real and urgent. By attending camp, you’re giving your dog the time of their life while making a difference for dogs everywhere.
