It’s a SF collaboration between the San Francisco SPCA, San Francisco Animal Care and Control, and Macy’s Union Square to bring a bit of joy and cuteness to the often stressful shopping experience–and over 10,000 pets over the years have found new homes thanks to this beloved tradition.
On “display” in the windows are a whole lot of very appealing and very adoptable puppies (also kittens, rabbits, chinchillas and more). If you’re looking for a new family member to add to the joys of the season, adoption counselors are on hand to help you make a good match and take your new puppy home. (Regular adoption process applies.)
