This family owned farm is certified through the Sustainability in Practice program and brings a long list of wine accolades to the table. Dogs are encouraged at Adelaida, and while wine lovers enjoy the superior estate wines, canine connoisseurs are attended to with fresh water and a bag of locally made organic dog treats.
Adelaida’s notable Pinot Noir comes from their 49-year-old vines and pairs well with the delicious almonds and walnuts grown on site. Gaze out over the grassy hills and you are likely to see a small flock of sheep carefully guarded by Liam, the shepherding llama.
Dogs are welcome to stay outside while their humans take a brief tour of the barrel room or shop in the tasting room.
Please check winery website for days and hours of operation.
