Bill’s has assembled an award-winning kitchen staff with over 70 years of collective culinary experience. Pizzas are made daily with extra virgin olive oil, pizza flour that’s imported from Italy and feature sourdough pizza crust with a low glycemic index value. Top it off with Schreiner’s custom made sausage using lean pork shoulder and no nitrates and fresh, oven-roasted veggies.

Bill’s pizzas are baked in gas-fired brick ovens and served on a crust saver to keep the crust at its highest quality.
