The redwood building that houses the Winery and Tasting Room was built to be a natural extension of the vineyard and surrounding countryside. But in 1994, Eberle was seeking additional space for the red wine program and decided to go underground.
Today, 16,000 square feet of underground caves located below the winery create the perfect place to age every bottle of wine they make.
