DogTrekker Oakland Claremont Club & Spa DogCation® Contest – April 2023

1. Dates/Eligibility: The “DogTrekker DogCation Contest” runs from April 1 to April 30, 2023. Open to U.S. residents aged 21 and older. Employees, agents, and their immediate families of DogTrekker Inc. and associated entities are ineligible. No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win.
2. How to Enter: Participants may enter by completing and submitting the official entry form at www.dogtrekker.com/win or through mail-in entry. One entry per person and unique email address. Duplicate entries are void.
3. Selection of Winner: A random drawing will be held in May 2023. The winner must claim their prize within 14 days of notification.
4. Identification/Taxes: Winners must provide identification, proof of age, residency, social security number, and complete an affidavit of eligibility, liability, and publicity release. Winners are responsible for any taxes or fees resulting from the receipt and/or use of their prize.
5. Release: By entering the Giveaway and/or accepting the prize, participants agree to be bound by the rules, release liability, and waive any right to claim ambiguity in the Giveaway or its Official Rules.
6. Prize: A two-night stay at Claremont Club & Spa, a Fairmont Hotel, and additional gift cards for dining and pet supplies. Total promotional value: $1,550. No cash value.
7. Conditions/Restrictions: Prizes are not redeemable for cash or credit. Transportation is not included. Winner is responsible for transportation and applicable hotel taxes. Restrictions and blackout dates may apply. Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures or voided entries.
8. Rules: Violation of rules will result in disqualification. Rules are available by sending a request to the specified mailing address.
9. Disputes: All issues and questions shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. Entrant agrees to indemnify Sponsor and associated agencies for all claims brought by third parties in connection with contest entry material.
